We are a small group of people who meet once a month to discuss issues that affect us and new ways to deal with the things that just pop up. We are a positive group, with eyes on the future and ways to "Live a Life worth Living". We have a very small library to share. Our origins began with the 'Chronic Pain Association of Canada'. We have a pain focused forum annually.
Stress is an under recognized threat to our basic health. Chronic pain is another stress that has huge implications in our well being. Lets talk about it.
